If a product fails to work due to manufacturing defects, we will fully replace it for the purchased item. Warranty claims must be made within 1 year of the date of purchase. The warranty only covers manufacturing defects. Normal wear and tear, negligent handling or misuse, do not fall under warranty terms and conditions.
Are there any safety issues I should follow?
Your VēDO toy should not be used if there is any visible damage. If the functionality acts in an abnormal way, immediately turn off device. Do not use product if swollen skin, rash or any other preexisting injury exists.
How to clean my VēDO toy?
Remove batteries from battery compartment before cleaning. Place battery cap back on before cleaning. Use a soft cloth, antibacterial soap and warm water to clean before and after use. Ensure your VēDO toy is dried completely after cleaning.
Do not use any type of harmful solvents, such as alcohol or benzene which may damage the product. Do not place in a dishwasher or microwave.
What to do if the toy does not work?
Ensure batteries are inserted correctly. If device still does not work, replace old batteries with new ones. If this could not resolve the issue, contact your retailer or visit us on our website.
Why are all VēDO products made of silicone?
All VēDO products are made from high quality silicone because the material is pliable and durable. The seamless, velvety finish warms to your body’s temperature quickly. Silicone is an ideal choice for those who have latex sensitivities.
Should I be using lubricant?
Lubricant can be used on any occasions, either with a partner or solo. It enables the vibrator to sail smoothly and comfortably over the body offering a pleasurable experience. However, be sure to use water-based lubricant instead of silicone-based. This may bring further digression and damages to the product. Washing the vibrator thoroughly after each use is very important.
How to replace battery?
Ensure your VēDO toy has been switched off before unscrewing battery cap. Once battery cap has been unscrewed, remove old batteries from battery compartment. Discard old batteries. Insert (new) proper batteries into battery compartment. Screw battery cap back on. Your VēDO toy is now ready for use. What does it mean to be 100% phthalates free?
All VēDO products are 100% phthalates free. Phthalates are chemical plasticizers that are added to plastics to increase their flexibility. They are suspected of having carcinogenic and mutagenic effects on the skin and mucous membranes.
What is RoHS-compliant?
All VēDO products are RoHS-compliant. The Restriction of Hazardous Substances (RoHS) is a European Union directive that restricts the use of hazardous materials (lead, mercury,cadmium, hexavalent chromium, polybrominated biphenyls and polybrominated diphenyl ether) in the manufacture of various types of electronic and electrical equipment.
