Warranty & Replacement

Quality is VēDO’s highest priority – we take great pride in our reputation for quality and excellent value. It is important to us that you are completely satisfied with your purchase.

All defective products falling under the company’s 1 year warranty, are covered for replacement or exchange.

Pre-authorisation is required for all replacement inquiries – please contact us at contact@vedo.toys or fill in the form available here, letting us know which toy you have and include a brief summary on what’s happening.

If you are seeking a replacement, you will be required to provide us with a proof of purchase, in the form of an itemised receipt or invoice with the name of the product you wish to replace/exchange and the date of purchase clearly visible, as well as your full postal address.

We will be unable to proceed with the replacement process, if the receipt or invoice is no longer available as proof of purchase is a mandatory requirement for warranty.

NB We do not offer refunds on products which were purchased in stores and other websites, i.e. we can only provide refunds on purchases made directly with us, at vedo.toys.

Please note, that whilst we will do our utmost to provide you with a replacement in the same colour as your original toy, on very rare occasions you may receive a toy in a different colour, depending on stock availability at the time of your request.



VēDO products are of the highest quality and come with a 1-year worldwide manufacturing warranty.

As soon as a purchase is made, be it directly through our website vedo.toys, or in any authorised retailer, you are automatically covered by our warranty. There is no need to register your toy or enter any information online, to be able to validate it.

Please keep your original purchase receipt, as evidence that the date of your claim falls within the warranty period.

The warranty covers working parts that affect the function of the pleasure object. It does NOT cover cosmetic deterioration caused by fair wear and tear, or damage caused by accident, misuse or neglect. Any attempt to open or take apart the pleasure object (or its accessories), will void the warranty




Claiming on the 1-Year Warranty requires proof of purchase from a VēDO Authorised Retailer with the product name visible and date of purchase clear within the warranty period. This should be returned with the product if it is discovered faulty, and once the fault is confirmed we will replace the product free of charge. If you purchased your product from our online store we already have your proof of purchase on file.
