VēDO Warranty Policy


VēDO products are of the highest quality and come with a 1-year manufacturer’s warranty.

As soon as a purchase is made through any authorized retailer, you are automatically covered by our 1-year warranty policy. There is no need to register your toy.

Please keep your original purchase receipt/invoice as evidence that the date of your claim falls within our 1-year warranty period.

The warranty covers working parts that affect the function of the toy. It does NOT cover cosmetic deterioration caused by wear and tear, damage caused by accident, misuse or neglect. Any attempt to open or take apart the toy (or its accessories), will void the warranty. We only offer replacement of the defective toy – not a refund.

Please contact us at contact@vedo.toys or fill in the form by clicking here.  When requesting replacement, follow the steps below in the body of the email or when filling in the form.

1. Brief description of the issue you are having with the toy

2. Name and color of the toy

3. Please attach proof of purchase in the form of an itemised receipt/invoice or bank statement with name of the toy and date of purchase clearly visible

4. Complete mailing address

We will do our best to provide you with a replacement toy that is in the same color as your original toy. On very rare occasions, you may receive a replacement in a different color which is based on stock availability at the time of your request.
