Warranty & Replacement


VēDO Toys are high quality Pleasure Products. If you have any issue with your VēDO purchase, please consult our FAQ page (https://www.vedo.toys/faq) or contact us (https://www.vedo.toys/contact-us/).

Quality is VēDO’s highest priority and we take great pride in our reputation for quality and excellent value. It is important to us that you are completely satisfied with your purchase.

All defective products falling under the company’s 1 year warranty policy must be returned with proof of purchase and date clearly marked from retailer’s register (may not be written in).

All products must be returned in a zip lock bag with return address clearly marked on return package.

Customers are responsible for shipping costs to manufacturer. VēDO is not responsible for any lost or stolen products.

NB We do not offer refunds on products which were purchased in stores and other websites, i.e. only purchases which we can refund are made on this site.

Please note, that whilst we will do our utmost to provide you with a replacement in the same colour as your original toy, on very rare occasions you may receive a toy in a different colour depending on available stock at the time of your request. 


Pre-authorisation is required for all returns and exchanges. No item can be returned without a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number.

To get an RMA number, please contact us.

– Please provide your proof of purchase.
– Once you have your RMA number, repack the product with the packing slip in a sealed zip-lock bag. Please include the RMA number in the shipping address.
– Then, ship your defective product to:

For your security, please return your product with an insured carrier (e.g., FedEx, UPS, USPS Parcel Post) and retain your receipt. VēDO is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit. The customer is responsible for the cost of returning a product to VēDO. If we determine that the product is defective, we will cover the cost of shipping a new product.

Once we’ve received your product, it’ll undergo testing to determine if it’s defective. Please note, this process can take up to 72 hours from the time the product is received.


Our warranty is only valid for customers who have purchased through authorised retailers and  www.vedo.toys.

VēDO products are of the highest quality and come with a 1-year worldwide manufacturing warranty.

Please keep your original purchase receipt as evidence that the date of your claim falls within the warranty period.

The warranty covers working parts that affect the function of the pleasure object. It does NOT cover cosmetic deterioration caused by fair wear and tear or damage caused by accident, misuse or neglect. Any attempt to open or take apart the pleasure object (or its accessories) will void the warranty.





Claiming on the 1-Year Warranty requires proof of purchase from a VēDO Authorised Retailer with the product name visible and date of purchase clear within the warranty period. This should be returned with the product if it is discovered faulty, and once the fault is confirmed we will replace the product free of charge. If you purchased your product from our online store we already have your proof of purchase on file.
